  • Domestic and export shipments are scheduled as per mutually agreed timelines.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.
  • For bulk or export orders, shipping costs are calculated based on weight, destination, and delivery method.

Packaging

  • All products are securely packed using food-grade, hygienic, and export-quality packaging to prevent damage during transit.

Returns & Replacement Policy

Due to the nature of food products, we follow a strict quality policy:

  • Returns are not accepted once products are dispatched.
  • Replacement or refund is applicable only in case of manufacturing defects, damaged packaging, or incorrect products supplied.

Reporting an Issue

  • Any issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Customers must provide clear photos or videos of the product and packaging for verification.
  • Claims raised after 48 hours will not be entertained.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, subject to verification.

Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
  • Once dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

Liability

Linga Food Products shall not be responsible for delays or damages caused by courier partners, natural events, or circumstances beyond our control.
