Eligibility for Refund

Refunds are applicable only under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged during transit
  • The product has a manufacturing defect
  • An incorrect product has been delivered

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after order confirmation
  • Incorrect storage or handling by the customer
  • Minor variations in colour, texture, or packaging
  • Orders once dispatched (except eligible cases mentioned above)

Reporting a Refund Request

  • Any refund-related issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Customers must provide clear photos or videos of the product, outer packaging, and invoice for verification.
  • Requests received after 48 hours will not be considered.

Refund Process

  • Once the issue is verified and approved, refunds will be initiated.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment within 7–10 business days.
  • In some cases, a replacement may be offered instead of a refund.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
  • Orders cancelled after dispatch are not eligible for a refund.

Right to Refuse

Linga Food Products reserves the right to accept or reject refund requests based on investigation and compliance with this policy.
