At Linga Food Products, customer satisfaction and product quality are our top priorities. Due to the nature of food products, we follow a strict and transparent refund policy.
Eligibility for Refund
Refunds are applicable only under the following conditions:
- The product received is damaged during transit
- The product has a manufacturing defect
- An incorrect product has been delivered
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- Change of mind after order confirmation
- Incorrect storage or handling by the customer
- Minor variations in colour, texture, or packaging
- Orders once dispatched (except eligible cases mentioned above)
Reporting a Refund Request
- Any refund-related issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
- Customers must provide clear photos or videos of the product, outer packaging, and invoice for verification.
- Requests received after 48 hours will not be considered.
Refund Process
- Once the issue is verified and approved, refunds will be initiated.
- Refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment within 7–10 business days.
- In some cases, a replacement may be offered instead of a refund.
Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
- Orders cancelled after dispatch are not eligible for a refund.
Right to Refuse
Linga Food Products reserves the right to accept or reject refund requests based on investigation and compliance with this policy.
